Chandler Hamilton’s stud 2014 OL Casey Tucker received an offer from Notre Dame to add to his four other offers.

Washington, Arizona State, Oregon State and Michigan have extended offers recently. for the 6 foot 6, 290 pounder. He will be among the top OL in the country in 2014.

Standout 2014 prospects Jalen Brown and Natrell Curtis both got offers from Boise State.

For the 6 foot 2, 170 pound WR Brown, it comes on the heels of a few others previous offers most notably from instate schools Arizona State and Arizona but for the mammouth 6 foot 3, 310 pound Curtis, the offer from the Broncos is his first.

Yet another Class of 2013 prospect in Arizona has received his first offer.

Mesa Desert Ridge OL Nick Allen, who could also get offers to play DE at the next level, got an offer from Wyoming today.

The 6 foot 6, 240 pounder has very quick feet for a LT which is his biggest asset.

Tempe Marcos De Niza DB Priest Willis gained another SEC offer, this time from Tennessee.

The 6 foot 2, 200 pounder is nearing 30 offers already and spring practice has yet to begin.

On the heels of first offers extended to Tucson Sabino’s Andrew Mike (Arizona State) and Ironwood Ridge’s Tyler Williams (San Diego State), add Scottsdale Notre Dame’s Maurice White and Peoria Liberty’s Tyler Rogers to the list.

Both White (DB) and Rogers (QB) were given their first offers by South Dakota State who is now into the double digits as far as offers go for the 2013 class in Arizona.

2014 off to fast start

It is just the eve of spring ball in 2012 and already there are now five 2014 Arizona kids with offers. This is far ahead of the 2013 class that had none at this point in time, yet somehow is turning into the most recruited class in Arizona history.

Cameron Denson (Tucson Salpointe), Jalen Brown (Phoenix Mountain Pointe), Qualen Cunningham (Chandler Hamilton), Casey Tucker (Chandler Hamilton) and Andrew Mike (Tucson Sabino).

The Scottsdale Desert Mountain duo of Kyle Allen (QB) and Mark Andrews (WR), who could end being the most recruited in the class, are sure to get offers soon as well.

Could 2014 apply the pressure to overtake 2013 offers in the end, is the top of the 2014 class that good or will it be a combination of both?

Tucson Ironwood Ridge all around athlete Tyler Williams got his first offer today when San Diego State made the call.

The 5 foot 10, 170 pounder played WR/DB his sophomore year and transferred to QB for his junior campaign.

Alabama A&M coach passes away

Alabama A&M coach Ben Blacknall, who coached the DL and also served as the recruiting coordinator, passed away yesterday.

The longtime coach, formerly the head man at Delaware State, consistently produced top notch DL on an annual basis.

He will be missed.

Arizona State extended the 6 foot 7, 265 pounder this afternoon.
